By accessing this website — including our main domain, all associated subdomains (such as our portfolio site and support portal), or purchasing Make.com templates through our storefronts (Gumroad and Whop) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Do not continue to use SmartSoloFlow if you do not agree to all of the terms stated here.

License

Unless otherwise stated, SmartSoloFlow and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, brand assets, and content on this website. You may access this for your own personal or internal business use, subject to the restrictions in these terms. You must not:

• Republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or publicly distribute material from this site.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from this site for commercial aggregation.
• Use this website in a way that damages or impairs its availability.

Make.com Templates — One-Time Purchase

Make.com templates and blueprints are sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. Each template is licensed for your own individual or single-business internal use only; you may not modify, white-label, package, share, or resell raw JSON blueprints on any third-party marketplace or public repository without a separate reseller agreement.

Setup support is included for a limited time and varies by package — see our Contact & Support page for current details. Once that window closes, no further service, updates, or support is provided or implied for that purchase.

Acceptable Use & Third-Party APIs

Templates may connect to third-party services (such as OpenAI, Google Ads API, or Google Keyword Planner API) within your own Make.com account — these connections are configured and run on your account, not ours. You're responsible for complying with each third-party's own terms of service and acceptable use policies. You may not use SmartSoloFlow templates to engage in illegal scraping, spamming, or bulk messaging that violates anti-spam laws.

Planned SaaS Tools

SmartSoloFlow is developing a suite of AI-powered SaaS tools, currently in planning and not yet available on our platform. When these tools launch, they will be governed by their own subscription terms and usage policies, published at that time, and these Terms of Service will extend to cover them. Until then, no SaaS subscription is being offered or billed under this section.

User Comments

Certain parts of this website may allow users to post opinions and information. SmartSoloFlow does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments before they appear. Comments do not reflect the views of SmartSoloFlow, and we reserve the right to remove comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.

Hyperlinking & Content Liability

We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our website, and you agree to remove such links upon request. We are not responsible for content that appears on your website or third-party platform, and you agree to protect and defend us against claims arising from your use or integration of our templates.

Support Portal

All technical support, template setup assistance, and general inquiries go through our support portal at hub.smartsoloflow.com. Support tickets are answered within 1 business day, always within 2. Template buyers should include their Gumroad or Whop Order ID for faster verification.

Limitation of Liability & Termination

SmartSoloFlow provides templates and tools "as is," without warranties for specific revenue outcomes. We are not responsible for execution failures or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or APIs (e.g., Make.com outages, Google API rate limits, or OpenAI API latency). You may stop using our templates at any time; we reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who violates our Acceptable Use policy or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary tools.

Changes to These Terms

We may update, amend, or change these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to individual users. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website, templates, or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
